CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
Written notice of cancellation is required prior to 48 hours before the class begins in order to receive a refund, less a $25.00 administrative fee. The administrative fee is charged on all cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the class.  No cancellations accepted after 48 hours prior to the class.  No phone calls or faxes accepted for cancellation.  Cancellation must be in writing.

SPECIAL CLASSES OFFERED ON-SITE IN REMOTE AREAS
We are available to offer special classes in remote locations such as Monroe, Alexandria, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Hammond, Houma, New Orleans and Slidell based upon a minimum agreement.  Please contact our office to coordinate your special class.
